im under regular RoadRunner, and im running faster than them. yes, but i installed a router and its always given me those speed's, even without the router, and i have no clue if im at the cap :-, its at 100 mbps/ full duplex, if im at the top please let me no...

oh alright...my bad on that one, but my download and upload seem slow, either that or im just not paying attention, but theres got to be something that will push my connection up, ill erase all of cable nut settings and stuff and run a download and upload and then install and run it
