Just wondering if anyone is using their cable or dsl line to host a server. I got one up their. Runs off 768 up on cable and can get around 22 in on windows. Or does anyone host any other games as well Thanks

How would i find out my co distance from them. Thinking about getting sdsl but only see a 3/384 connection on their site?

Wouldn't you say although cable can host more people that dsl would be the choice if your under 5000 ft from c.o. I have both in my house but am getting rid of my cable when the new speeds from bellsouth are out. is that a good decision?

Yup Same thing is happening here.

Really , one of my friends on Xbox live got capped with optimum online and he could only host 6 ppl So by reasoning the same has happened to me and it's is wierd Computer speeds are fine but Xbl isn't.

Its cool dude. I just got into this whole internet hosting stuff and was reading up on some of the posts. I have called comcast and they always say there is nothing wrong I was just resorting to being capped now Maybe something is wrong but who knows.

Who is i2d corp? I just got the link to the site a week ago And i didn't know that much about capping until i read the posts. Just wondering if those are the signs of being capped.

Prolly should get optimum back for 60 and say w/e man You' ll get 20/2 son and it 'll be fast.

The connection is bad , he used to have optomum online and said it cost too much. I m thinkin this guy has packet loss and a bad ping , maybe a bad set of copper lines.

I usually can hold like 40 ppl in the Xbox edition CsX. Now i get Rb6 4 and i can only host 5 ppl then everyone complains about lag. Also i was playing and hosting Csx and lagged at 5 ppl also. Not sure what is going on but anyone who does plz tell me or im going to cancel.
