  1. Has anyone gotten any serious system errors after installing IE7B2? I really don't wanna screw anything up that I wont be able to fix. But, I still wanna try it, I downloaded the setup but havent installed yet.
  2. Thats generally the case, although with wireless G and a broadband connection, a wireless laptop can match the wired speeds of a desktop...such is the case with me.
  3. Personally, I would ditch the linksys and go with the D-link DI-624 G router. I had similar problems to what you are describing with the linksys. Now with the d-link, I get a constant 54Mbps signal and I get about 4.8 to 5 Mbps wirelessly, with my uploads at 1.8Mbps. I am on the verizon Fios 5 Mb/2Mb plan btw.
  4. Agreed. The 2 toughest teams in the league. I think with the Steelers defense, they will win it all.
  5. teamstrike, i am also in tampa and have the 5/2 plan with speeds very similar to what you posted. I had to use cablenut to get that 1.8 upload...Ive never gotten more than that on the up.
  6. I highly recommend the D-link DI-624. A very easy to use and fast router...I use it with my Verizon Fios.
  7. I have had Fios for about 5 months now and it is fantastic. I got the 5Mb/2Mb plan for $30/month. The 15/2 for $45 is actually the better deal, but then I thought to myself, what the hell am I gonna do with 15 Mb/s download speeds?
  8. I dont think so. I have Verizon Fios 5/2, not business pack. BTW, I'm wireless. Just for fun, my wireless download stats: :::.. 10. I recently upgraded my home network to a 802.11g and now I have a Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless-B router that I have no use for. Other than selling it, do any of you know of something productive I could do with it? My new router is a D-link DI-624 AirPlus Extreme G router. Any suggestions would be appreciated. ZO
  11. Hey guys, everytime I try to play a dvd through windows media player or realplayer, i get an error message that stops playback and says it needs to close. Ive found from reading the error report that the file that causes this problem is called iviaudio.ax. Ive heard it comes with Intervideo Windvd, which I DONT HAVE. Why do I have this file, and can I safely delete it? (its in c/windows/system32). Thanks for any info
