At that time didnt care so much of the upload, but i did pretty good in the download side. Yeah I signed up service with the 4000 and ended with it

I was staying pretty consistant too. "cover your eyes sparky" Most of the time i was around 2mb or little over, and for the upload it sucked 50up

Its very easy to get FAP on hughes well when you connection is working correctly. Hell tommie I bet you felt you were on high speed when you switch from hughes to sprint.

I have a dell inspiron 9300 laptop going on 5 yr old and runs just fine. The only thing ive done to is added more memory and a bigger hard drive

I agree smart test never worked well with hughes, and still doesnt with my wireless connection

Yah you probuly wont see them speeds. The fast wireless isp near me is skywi 10mb up & down. My buddy had it before going into the army and i was surprised in the speed he was pulling 3 miles from the tower. Did a constant 8-8.5 down & 5 up. Hell he was only paying 49.99 month
