What are you connecting at now I do know that most dw 6000 users suffer from slower download speeds than the dw 4000 as far as tweating a mac i do not know. But i network 5 computers using my direcway connection through a wireless router and i have noticed a significant loss threw the router about 1/2 the speed of the host computer for a wired connection and about 1/4 for a wireless connection uploads suck :::.. Dvdx copy had there own ripper built in to decrypt dvd movies..Now it is illegal there are software companies out there still selling software with built in decryption but we dont know how long they will be in business. Some advertise a seperate ripper from the software thus making there software legal, and they point you to the web to get a supported decrypter which is illegal........hum

Yuo lucky dog....Dickway advertises 500kbps download and 75kbps upload The best speeds ive seen posted are 1/2 of that and the average is below 100kbps use it while you got it.........

I believe you broke federal law , Being only 16 will help depending on your prior criminal record and the amount of money stolen will weigh in on your sentence. There are alot of bootcamp programs around the country if your lucky you will get into one of these....if you get caught. But I would wait and when they come knocking, invoke your right to remain silent (when you talk you lose all your bargining power) get a lawyer(or public defender if your parents are poor) . I am running windows xp sp2 with the dw 4000 4.2 software I have noticed the host pc connects at the same speed regardless if it is connected to the router or not...Also the best I can get out of my network pc's is about half of the host pc and wireless is about a quarter. I am running a belkin wireless G router with a 10/100 wired ethernet connection. I think it is because we are sharing the connection instead of connecting directly to the modem

how far away from the router are you,antenna range also i would test without the router to see what your network card is doing and how much loss you are getting through the router
