AVG is what i use great anti virus and its free

also forget wav use monkey audio or flac! smaller size files but no loss in quality.

all you have to do is use Exact Audio Copy with Lame --alt-preset standard. you will have excellent quality MP3 files.

yes i was in faze of trying diffrent blank cd/dvd media, plus i got over 500 cd's and 250 DVD's trying to find the time to back all of them up!

hey everyone i am having some issues with spyware and adaware. i have ran microsoft spyware, spyware doctor, adaware, spybot, spysweeper, and a few more online test from pc chillin. i cant seem to get rid of WINFIXER and VIRTUMONDE. only spysweeper picked up the Virtumonde and i followed it step by step but it keeps coming back. here is my hijackthis results if anyone knows anything about this. this is bothering me that i want to reinstall XP if it comes down to that!! thank you so much for any help:)

hey everyone i need some advice on my dvd dual layer burners. i just bought a new plextor px 716a 16X and i need to get rid of at least one of my two other dvd dual layer burner. the other two are MadDog MegaStor 7 in 1 16X +R and a Memorex 16X Dual+Format and a HP Lightscribe 16X Dual Layer. i want to keep two including the Plextor. any suggestions or advice as which one is better quality and so on... thank you everyone!!

hey everyone when i do a download speed test from testmy.net i most of the time get 6.8 to 7.1 MB using the largest file test. my comcast is the 6MB 768 gold teir speed. i dont think Utah has gotten the upgrade yet but i am not sure. been getting these speeds since almost a week and a half. anyone here from Utah having the same jump in speed? not complaing but i just was wondering if i have the upgrade . take it easy everyone.

hey everyone i have a question? is it better to rip a cd to WAV files and the burn the WAV files back to cd-r or should i use my two burners and use Nero cd to cd copy? i have the latest Nero version as well. looking for or as close as possible to a perfect copy if its possible. thank you everyone
