I know I asked them to update their config file for my new modem, maybe that has something to do with it.

My modem is not uncapped so I'm not doing anything illegal, and terayon modem has a restricted cap at 4mb, getting another modem is a good idea for the future if they decide to upgrade the packages as i've heard they bought more bandwidth and will start offering more bandwidth in the future.

parabot : I bought the Motorola SB 5120, but you can get the SB5100 and it will do, yes theterayon is capped at 4mb.

yes if they would increase the upload ratio this thing would be flying right now, I'm gonna try and convince some high command people i know to see if they have it on their plan, they made a big bandwidth purchase this week so i expect more speed latencies too

Osva whats your usual speed on P2P and what program are you using, somehow onelink is getting better, I see no packet loss except a bit on the route going transatlante which is obvious it will have some but they are blocking my p2p.

I'm not really worried about speed , is the packet loss that is incredible.

Well I havent been here in a while now but I just wanted to say the service is still horrible. the packetloss keep coming up and Im wondering what the fuck they did in order to get all this service straight to hell. I'll keep complaining and calling but complaining to a tech service wont do shit unless you actually tell them to speak to a high command guy. Otherwise you can yell cuss or do whatever u want as soon as you hang up is over.
