Hi, I was wondering what the difference between VCD and SVCD was, I am converting an .avi to VCD/SVCD but I am not sure which to use, any tips for best quality would be awesome!

Well using last known configuration works ... But it all started after I unstalled a program then asked me to restart, after the restart it wouldnt bootup, I booted in safe-mode, uninstalled the program, but then still wouldnt boot up, but after using last known config, it works fine, any explanation to this?

I just restarted my computer and when it boots backup it stays loading on the Windows load bar screen and does not go any further, I need help asap as I am in safe mode right now

I was thinking that if testmy.net came out with a GUI speed test program would be a really great idea. Not to take away testmy.net website visitors but rather for the ease of test without opening a browser. Not that it takes a huge process to test your speeds on here, I just think it would be a good idea, and for putting it out as freeware it would make its way around the net and spread the word about testmy.net. Just my 2cents any mods PM and let me know what you think of the idea, just want to know what you think

In the LAN properties options, Is the File and Printer sharing necessary for p2p and is QoS (Quality of Service Schedualer) required for anything important? Thanks
