I've tried that and it didnt help.. I have already made up my mind and im switching to SBC DSL... im tired of this nonsence.

i have the same problem except that im paying for the 8mb and this is what im getting... Comcast sucks ass, i've had it for almost a year now, and my speed has been crap for the past 7 months.... Also when im playing any PC game it spikes like crazy.. I dont have anymore options here in my area except for DSL, but DSL sucks balls. I think im going back to Dial Up, I was happy with my 10kb download and paying less. :::..
