I pay 10 for basic cable...and then 10 for internet...4Mbps down and 384 up....Im good at negotiating and I also get channels like 2-70 because they have to push through most of the channels to have internet on the line...so just get the LOWEST cable package you can...save a lot of money hehe...

My dad would max pay prob 250 dollars a month for a line as fast as yours....damn 100/100....jesus christ...I would love that line so much....upload yay...

I would bet that before you had the 3meg service, and when you called you said you wanted 6 meg, but it might not be available in your area yet. SOO....they upgraded you to 4meg until they get your entire area's hardware upgraded. In fact thats what they're doing to me right now, and Im going to call and bitch to them...haha...taking too long!!!... So just my advice...wait a little while and see what happens... by the way I live in Michigan and still no upgrade here >.<

10mbps download limit would most likely make your connection get slower at times because, with people being able to download faster / possibly faster upload also, the nodes would be maxed out. The current upgrades are compliant with their hardware..thats why its only 6meg currently, but expect small upgrades here and there without notice, we could all be to 10mbps in a couple months, speaking hypothetically of course.

yea we're getting another cable modem, and comcast sed they'll let us use that one too for no extra cost, and we checked it out so we should get twice the service, and Ima bridge it and ^^....fast ass internet haha...

oxymoron here its SUPER good...wish I had that....and FOR ONLY 50 BUX!!!....but...its bad considering your cap is at 2mbps...so...yea...
