i use bitdefender 8 i run it montly cause i don't go to sites that give off virus's randomly, and when i do i scan the files before and my computer at the end of the day. the actual scanner isn't running all the time, but the scanner command is (bdss.exe)

it says i have no packet loss, thats what the 25/25 is very rarely will it show up as 24/25

well, my speeds are great. testing on speakeasy.net/speedtest my speed for every testsite except seattle is atleast 9000+/1024+ with bursts being to the upper teens and low 20's in dallas and chicago, today i hosted a game with me and one other guy and we were it yellow bar the whole game(my guess would be a 200ms lat) my connection to xbox live is great, almost perfect lat:58(63) packets: 25/25 my NAT is open. i rarely get host, and according to blunted a 1mbps upload should host a 12 person game with perfect green bar(60ms> latency) and yet i can't host 1 person w/o screwed up lag(on their end) and i hosted 5 different people with the same results. i rarely get host in optimatch when i do peoples connections fluctuate crazily, rarely do i have more than 3 people with perfect green bar, most are yellow and red(500ms< latency) can anyone help?

use a different port like 20000 for bittorrent

nah, powerboost isn't here, my speeds were like that since i got cox's premium. seems when i directly connect my modem it wants to go crazy on me.

funny, my upload stats at or slightly above/below the cap and yet my dl goes crazy... one time my upload went to 3Mbps though

well, i don't want it to look like i uncapped my modem.... and it does. since you have cox, what do you get directly connected to the modem???(i'm running through my router though )

this was my speedtest on speedtest.net my isp is Cox communications i live in oklahoma and i have a 12/1 plan and my cap(was told by my isp) was 12631Kbps down & 1092 up i get 15-16 on testmy and i get 26-33 on myspeed.Coxinet.net on a random speedtest i got 23mbps in a texas server.
