I smoked for 8 yrs.. a pack a day.. and decided that I wanted to quit and did... what worked for me was chewing Trident Speariment gum.. it helps a lot to get past the cravings and does wonders for your teeth... I have been smoke free for 11 yrs now but I still buy Trident by the packs... I guess one habit created another... but I stay minty fresh now... :D

I used AVG for a long time and would run into issues with corruption on a regular basis. I finally dumped it because you actually get what you "pay for" I decided to go with Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 10 client and it works flawlessly...
