  3. My dad has an old laptop that runs windows 3.1

Officially, it has color, but the lcd is so bad that i'd consider it black and white myself. I think its around 20 Mhz too. I'l try to install vista on it just for fun. Oh wait, I have to check if it has a cd drive first  :haha:

LOL my dad has a desktop with 3.1 - he tried upgrading to 95 and it wouldn't even handle it..he had to upgrade everything and BUY a cd drive  :2funny:

  4. what power supply would that be? mine is a 500 watt and it only has 20A on the 12+ volt rail.  :smile2:

    btw very nice setup.

Its a PowerUp supply from tigerdirect, was only 40 bucks

Freakin awesome!.......The only thing I would have done differently , would have been to get a matched pair of mem sticks, so they play nicer together, in dual channel during high demands   Nice ass heat sink  :icon_thumright: And for the PS, a dual 12v rail , in case you add another GPU at some time .

Yeah I'll upgrade teh PS if it comes to that, but as it sits it'll run most games that we have on the market these days

ATL Comcast increased Download Speed at end of 2006.

Upload still is a little slow. :?

Thats a good upload for comcast - seems like they focus more on the downloads, just wish they would up the upload a bit more and i'd be happy as hell lol

Welcome to the forums prochiro and novabill!

    Enjoy the stay!

  7. Do you have a firewall installed that maybe sync's up with a different time zone?  Check to see if there's a daylight savings time option on your firewall if so..

Also>> Tools>Options, then clicked CalendarOptions button and then the TimeZone button -- and "current time zone" setting is okay?

  8. If your WildBlue-supplied outdoor unit requires service under this limited warranty, WildBlue will not charge for any labor costs we incur to repair or replace it (or any component of it) within the first 90 days after the initial installation. After this period, WildBlue will cover the cost of the new equipment, but the on-site labor cost must be paid by you. WildBlue will provide on-site labor at its standard rates and an estimated charge can be given prior to the work, based on the type of the replacement. If your satellite dish needs to be re-pointed after the first 90 days of service, standard on-site labor charges will apply.

This is located in the warranty agreement on wildblue.com under the legal section.  The on-site labor mentioned there means there is a 75 dollar charge for a service call after the first 90 days.  Lot of people don't see that or even think to look in there when signing up and its a big surprise to them.  Thought I'd post this info for anybody interested.
