  11. yeah, that T1 is running top of the line. you didnt really "upgrade" from cable.. in my opinion, it was more of a downgrade. I'm sure there are more packages from COX that will get your download and upload faster. Just ask around =) im sure you can get something better.. T1 is 1.5 mbps down by 1.5 mbps UP

  13. I got this about 2 weeks ago when I got phone service threw cable... i like the motorola better.... but i was wondering if you guys could help me find the password to get into the "advanced" page in the modem. I cannot restart the modem when i need to because its battery operated if its unplugged... I need to reboot it sometimes and its getting annoying. I tried calling arris and they told me to call insight.. called insight and they told me that they did not have the modem password information. So yeah, i wasnt very happy =) thanks, Tim
  14. Hello, and welcome to the forum, saunders73! This is what I would try if I had your problem. 1. Get the IP Address of your XBOX and then on a computer go to http://192.168.0.1 this will bring you to your router. 2. You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now. By default the username is admin, and the password is blank. Click the Ok button to log in to your router. 3. Click the Advanced button near the top of the page. 4. Click PORT FORWARDING 5. Xbox Live requires you to forward the 88,3074 ports. Enter those into the port forward menu (of course name it like XBL1) 6. then enter 3074 in another box and hit save! ALL DONE =) please give feedback, i'm pretty sure that is going to work any questions.. please ask THANKS!!! Tim Pawlak
