Here's the setup: fiber optic cable coming from the street up to your house connects to the ONT(Optical Network Terminator). The ONT breaks out the signals to data, voice and at some point there will be video. On the data side... the ONT gives you a WAN connection that plugs into the WAN connection of the router (DI-604 or DI624 wireless router). From one of the switch ports on the router, that will connect to your NIC. Hope this helps.

Ok. Last week I saw a truck driving around advertising Verizon FiOS. It's a very strange looking truck... kinda like a flat bed with a huge sign sticking up on the back. BUT... today I saw something else... H2 Hummer decked out with Verizon FiOS all over it. Plus I noticed they've got this bill board setup going north on 78 going towards Wally Mart. But I coulcn't believe the H2!! So has anyone else seen it?
