yes its true. i tried to use various cablenut configs and the speed varies. gourame's config may not work with your pc, but might work for others. my tip is, you can set the slider between 384 kbps up to 3000 kbps. when saving your config, rename it to settings 1, 2, 3 and so on. use each config setting, take note which one gave you the highest speed. but if you're curious enough to see what will happen, then slide it to more than 3thou. "Most of the time, inventions are accidental", u know what i mean?

yeah you're right gourame. i was wrong when i thought "two heads are better than one". one head was not functioning well for my PC and that head was TCP Optimizer.
and oh yes, i know you're a big CableNut fan it works for me too

I will be monitoring my down speed the whole day today to make sure which time of the day the speed is highest and slowest. I'm a SmartBro Plan 999 subscriber. So far my speed is as follows:
this is 1:00pm MLA time. Kanina at about 7 am, i got 605 Kbps or 74 KB/s. so bumaba nga slightly pero i think ok pa naman at this time of the day. no more tweaking for me muna. i'll observe this for a week, then i will post how I did the tweaking.
