download speeds do not depend on their download tests look : with no download manager

@coolbuster u set the value of TCP OPTIMIZER to 3000kbps in your shop? i downloaded the tcp optimizer awhile ago but when i opened it, the value is already 3000 Kbps.. should i set to higher value like hmm 4000 Kbps??? what setting did u use? optimal,custom or current?
