no need to download just open CONNECTION>PROPERTIES>INTERNET PROTOCOL>PROPERTIES change ur preferred dns to 208.67.222.222 and alternative dns to 208.67.220.220 > OK > OK > CLOSE @is opendns better than simple dns?

another smart technicians came to my house and then i said i was experiencing disconnection and low download speed lately.. they checked if the power level is high and if not, they said he will change the antenna.. they looked for the antenna and they said that the place of my antenna is not receiving any reply so they changed the place and place it beside my window and the power level increase but after they left. i got DC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
