you could also reset it by typing this in your cmd prompt "netsh int ip reset c:resettcpip.txt" exclude quote/unquote then restart. where c:resettcpip.txt is the log location. any filename would do.

can't edit my previous post so i decided to post a new one. after a few days out. now i just tried tweaking with TCPOptimizer: i tried to set the connection speed bar to 6000Kbps with optimal settings and this is the result: awesome aight now i set this time on 3000Kbps with optimal settings again, here's what i get: hence i recommend you try TCPOptimizer, don't forget to make a backup just in case u messed up with your speed. by the way i'm still on PLDT BUNDLE PLAN 990.
