**Remember torrent downloads depends on peers and seeds.  You'll never get high speed downloads if there's no seeder or peers

I guess yes, the only way to get the Physical Address/Mac Address is to go up the roof, take out the Canopy bottom cover and get the ESN.

CIR or Committed Information Rate - supposed to be this is the lowest possible bandwidth you can get.

MIR or Maximum Information Rate - this is the maximum bandwidth you can get.

That speed is cool enough Remember it's 512   and CIR is still 100 kbits/s. MIR is 512kbits/s.  Be thankful you get that speed

i did not say that i can change my mac to ip. what i mean is i got my ip when i change my mac address unfortunately that ip is much faster than other ips and i don't know why?

if i remember right, you're also from pque, right? i also got the same average (and lower) as yours at the beginning of this year. i disabled all my tweaks (i don't use proxies) and somehow it got better. <as seen in my score database under my comp ID (i do my speed tests before i log in)>
