I can't find the page that you have for your canopy. I checked the tabs but the only page that I'm familiar with is the QOS and the settings are as follows: MIR Bandwith Settings 500 500 1500 1500 CIR Bandwidth Settings 0 0 enabled 0 0 Please help me further. Are you not using any proxies in your connection? Just Cablenut and this Canopy settings?

I think it would be best for those users who experiences fast connection if they post the complete combination of settings that they have for their Internet connection. Please post your canopy settings, Cablenut CSS and if you are using a proxy or not (if yes, which proxy). That will really help users like me to try which combination works for us,

^I've already tried his 20 steps but I still have a slow connection I had to disable my proxy a few minutes ago because I lost connection. Does it happen all the time? What proxy should I use to prevent disconnects?
