DefaultSendWindow = multiply your ISPs upload caps in kilobytes by 1024. 384000 seems a bit excessive. I use 16384. Guess your using a DW6000?

That's better, but try a SpeeD test using Internet Explorer. NeeDSpeeD

Hey cholla, I thought that particular test wasn't applicable to Direcway users. Anyway, I have done some extensive testing with my connection and an MTU of 1500, MSS of 1460 have shown to produce much better SpeeDs, at least for me. The correct RWIN can also help out quite a bit. Thing about Direcway is, everyone's system is a little different. 256960 works very well although I haven't used that value for awhile. NeeDSpeeD

johnrgil, Hate to see ya have these kinds of problems. The software I believe your talking about is the LCCU. This utility did help my connection when I used a DW6000. As far as waiting 5 to 7 days for DW to call, that's B.S. Call them and tell them to prorate your bill until they feel like calling you! I guarantee they'll call right away.
