start>control panel>Network and Internet connections (only visible in Category view)>Network Connections>Local Area Connection>Right Click...Properties>Configure>Advanced tab>Go down to "Link Speed/Duplex Mode">on the right, select 1 of the 'Full mode' either 10 or 100. 100 is best. try it!
