I guess I'll be the one to help you out here... Why? because I also suffer with 56k and have invested alot of time tweaking to get the most I can out of it...not easy...LOL
Dude, am I reading this right? Are you going thru---> a PoP server?
For Dial-up, this is really a "bad" thing...
Also, do you have or can you enable MPPC stac compression? This helps tremendously when it comes to your dial-up speeds...
I know...I'm stuck using dial-up as well, but your speed is half that of mine...
What program are you using for "tweaking" your internet settings....or are you...
If not, then post back and I'll see if I can help you get better speeds...
