No The Reverend did not make the TCPOptimizer. I think I read somewhere that he did tweak it for satellite use though.

Maybe there is something to this change. As I was watching DirecTV this morning around 6:50am my system rebooted. Now at least on my system the DirecWay commercial is no longer running. How about anyone else?

Satguy, I am not surprised by your increase in speed after using a reg cleaner. It really does pay off to have a clean registry. You should also keep a eye on your defrag percent. I use Diskkeeper 8 to automatically keep my system defraged.

Tommie, I do not run ccleaner. I do however use a couple other registry cleaners. They normally do not find much. I am not so sure that the speed test on this site is the issue since Toast.net also showed a higher than normal speed. I hope it is TCP Optimizer kicking in. On another note I also experience a problem with spell check. It gave me a error of page can not be displayed. Another try and it worked just fine.

Is anyone else experiencing a jump in speed test? Mine have made a huge jump. I don't believe they are accurate at this time. I am starting to get several "page cannot be displayed" errors. My signal has dropped 6 points from my normal 69.
