Whats up my friends, My bad i like dropped out for a while but things come up, well back again and with some new speed numbers, my down speed went up but i just can't do a thing with my up speed, check out the numbers, let me know what you think ,

to make a long story very short about windows 8. I took it off my comp , Microsoft is a pain in the gluts and tries to hang on the yang's, I went back to simple Win. 7 Pro. :::.. I finally got tired of win.8 and went back to what i had Win 7pro 64bit, and i do not know what to do. this is what i am getting now and you can see my signature. I am less then half of what it had..almost makes me want to through my comp and every thing else into the pool..

I finally got tired of Win, 8 Pro and went back to Win 7Pro. 64Bit , but their seems to be a huge problem and i don't know where to start, i also have Chrome and all the bells and whistles are still in place but now this is what i am getting on my up and down..and Mr. CA3LE, please tell me it is the new server, if it isn't, The past few months were all for not..

That is not KOOL: I have been trying hard to get those numbers, and you made it look easy.. ( I wonder if my parts were made in Taiwan..!! ) that sounds awesome.

I have reached the big 50 and not talking about age 50Mbps Down but still short on my up with 2.6 Mbps. + or - a few Mbps

I do not know if how many people know this about Microsoft / windows 8. I live alone and I am the only person that uses my computer so I wanted to remove the password from my admin account so I do not have to keep typing one in. I went into the user accounts to remove the password and I get a prompt telling me that I can change over to a local account or I can change the password but that Microsoft / windows 8 will not let me, Not have a password on Windows 8 for the Microsoft account that come with it. So I called Microsoft and talked to a support tech and they would not tell me if it could be removed, and I was told that it was their for my security , Now I think being 49 years old that I could decide if I want security or not. mudmanc4 this is another reason for you to hate MICROSOFT....

I don`t know what it cost because I am ( borrowing my aunts Comcast) ...keep that on the down low.

I finally reached the 40.3 Mbps down, with a 4.9 Mbps up.

You got that right, When it comes to computers trying to figure out what you don't know, all by yourself will not only fry your comp, but your brain as well....and believe me I lost at least 1TB of brain RAM...

it comes with Windows 8 and I also type faster but maybe it is my Spanish accent, .. it has gotten a lot more thorough with the recognition and it uses more then ( the red fox jumped over the lazy dog ) it takes you through about a half hour for the first session and then it has you repeat the same session a few times after if you want. I'm just going through Windows 8 to see how things work comparing it with Win 7.

I need to pick a few brains for some help or at least point me in the correct direction. With the hardware and software that I have in my comp I should have better speeds then what I have, I have been getting better slowly but surely with the test score have been posting. here are a couple screen shots of my sys info. Well now that my toy is just about done being built .I decided that I did not want to type anymore so I am working on Speech recognition.That will allow me to speak to my comp and not have to use my Bluetooth keyboard anymore.. Even thought it is almost in the same format as Google Chrome, And the more I play with it , it is a real ease to move around and fine what you are looking for , like right now I am working with the Speech Recognition so I do not have to type any more, you have a start page that you load up with your favorite locations , tools, whatnots. then you have the search and apps page. every thing is right in front of you, I like it, and once all the bugs get fixed it will be awesome. I have Comcast Blast their are still a few faster then mine, but right now they are having a promotional thing and they boosted the Blast up to think, 50MBps.
