Well, a week ago, comcast announced that all current 4 Mbps customers will be at 6 Mbps, and upload would be the same. All 6 Mbps customers will be raised to 8 Mbps. I believe this is what's taking place. But, if thats true, I should be at the 6 Mbps package right now, but according to the speed tests, i'm only half way there. :::..
