859predator Posted January 8, 2006 CID Share Posted January 8, 2006 Below are my speeds tested yesterday, I haven't applied any tweaks or cablenut (to be honest) I'm not sure what cablenut is, how to get it, or what it does. But I know I like more speed. Any help on how to increase speed would be greatly appreciated. :::.. asubaseball727 Posted January 8, 2006 CID Share Posted January 8, 2006 Well over 20% than the average host is great. You can try using the cablenut calculator to make your own custom setting and that might help it a little bit, but that looks really good. cdf216 Posted January 9, 2006 CID Share Posted January 9, 2006 sounds like you used the wrong setttings in cablenut. this is common mistake most people try an RWIN that is too large and actually end up slowing their connection down by trying to make it recieve too much data at a time. Since you had a decent amount of DL speed before Let's try this file and see if it helps any.
