She cant forward on Joke type emails, silly .jpg's, .Wmv files etc Any plain text emails are fine, but she cant forward pretty much anything. I cant think of any Outlook express settings that would do this? Look at TOOLS/SECURITY and you will find the settings restrict HTML mail and attachments. These can be changed but are set that way to protect people that don't have a clue.
