richcornucopia Posted February 8, 2006 CID Share Posted February 8, 2006 You could be using a proxy server, check your internet explorer settings.
php Posted February 8, 2006 CID Share Posted February 8, 2006 It might be a transparent proxy as well, or NAT... there isn't much you can do then except wait for the download to become available.
FallowEarth Posted February 8, 2006 CID Share Posted February 8, 2006 If you are connected to a router, try bypassing it (connecting your PC directly into your modem). This will bypass the NAT and also get you a new IP address.
