richcornucopia Posted March 30, 2006 CID Share Posted March 30, 2006 Just got off the phone with an earthlink rep who is clueless. They don't know of an upgrade, maintenacne or any slow down at all. So I asked them if they could tell me about my flaps and they laughed at me and had no idea what a flap was, neither do I, but they should. Would've been nice for all customers to receive an email, or a letter saying that they would be doing something during these dates so speeds might be slow or something. My interenet is so poor right now that when I'm trying to talk on t he phone it cuts in and out, can hardly hear the person. This can't be vonage's fault as it always worked flawlessly before, but ever since my interenet speeds started deteriorating the calls did as well.
