ROM-DOS Posted April 29, 2006 CID Share Posted April 29, 2006 Start-up aims to ditch kids' training wheels The company, a spin-off out of Dartmouth College, is coming out later this year or early next year with a gyroscope/flywheel that fits into the front wheel of a kid's bike. When a child begins to go off-balance and fall over, the gyroscope corrects the path of the bike and props it back up. As a result, kids don't need training wheels to learn how to ride. The product will sell for around $39. . . .dang!! ~ why didn't 'I' think of that?

Shug7272 Posted April 29, 2006 CID Share Posted April 29, 2006 WHAT! . . .and ditch the bungee cord on the clothes line! :haha: Well being the neighborhood redneck does have its advantages. I am the only one around that can put my kid on a leash and put her on the close line and not have CPA called.
