DOWNSTREAM Frequency 681000000 Hz Locked Signal to Noise Ratio 32 dB QAM 256 Power Level 0 UPSTREAM Frequency 36000549 Hz Ranged Power Level 39 dBmV Is 32dB too low for downstream SNR?
