Gib4500 Posted May 28, 2006 CID Share Posted May 28, 2006 what does your modem say your connected at. you may be on rampup. that takes like 10 days. At@T sometimes does this to make sure your line can handle the new speed.
zero_1 Posted May 28, 2006 Author CID Share Posted May 28, 2006 Wow yes it does say that it takes 10 days so that means it was the truth i need to wait the 10 days for dsl to run faster cuz it says in a little paper let it run for 10 day let it on. The modem i have is SIEMENS Speedstream 4100 so i have to wait about 10 days to get the 3Mb? Then it will run fast =D Nothing when i turn it on but after this are there some tweaks to this connection?
tommie gorman Posted May 28, 2006 CID Share Posted May 28, 2006 I would wait to see. If you are at your speed after 10 days, you might not want to mess with it. As sometimes with DSL you can mess up your speeds.
