I cant even get close to my cap download wise, on upload i get frequently over cap the reason i get over my cap is because it is capped at 8192kbps/512kbps. so its easy with the right tweaks to get over it. That they(at&t) have DSL 2 blocks from my house. 6.0, I wish they would get a little bit closer. I am on Sat. I get 1030's D/L. City gas is 2 blocks the other direction. The bummer is they have it in a neighborhood that is ready to be built in, but ground has not been broken in the last 2 years. Hew said they will, eventually, but they are in the middle of some court matters right now. If I do it on my own, I will probably have to pay extra, just to have it run that distance. Who knows.
