Couple of days ago my internet connection started to be really slow, not only when I'm surfing but especially when I'm downloading files/applications.

For example I used to download a lot from www.download.com and the speed would usually go from 300 - 600 kb/s, now it's like 60-90 kb/s.

I called my internet company they told me that the modem is fine and there was nothing wrong with it, but they did came and checked my lines in the apartment and that loooked fine too.

I tried almost everything... frome Tune Up 2006, to cleaning my cache/history and stuff, disabling my antivirus/firewall, system restore, etc, etc.

So I came here and ran a test, and this is what i got : (
