Swimmer Posted August 31, 2006 Author CID Share Posted August 31, 2006 haha yeah.. this is only going to go in the extremely high end systems... other than that there really is no point.
dlewis23 Posted August 31, 2006 CID Share Posted August 31, 2006 i would buy one if it actually really made a difference and if the price was lower.
Nos7667 Posted August 31, 2006 CID Share Posted August 31, 2006 The only thing i really like about it is that it bypasses the windows network system. I wonder if you could rig your own card to do that?
Swimmer Posted August 31, 2006 Author CID Share Posted August 31, 2006 It bypasses the entire networking stack on windows.. it uses ebeded linux and a 400mhz processor to send everything. they be freeing up those extra cpu cycles for your games.
