Does your flat panel monitor have a place to connect the VGA HD AV Cable ? I bet it does, but look at the back and see. If so - then yes you can connect them - the X Box was designed to support that.

Edit: I looked it up and yes it should support the VGA HD AV Cable.

Those cables are for component sources.. so like hi def stuff.. Otherwise here is the product that I was talking about  http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/video-vga-gvm-2000.html

I cant find the Viewsonic one anymore... I guess they discontinued it..

Tommy what you're gonna have to do is get a KVM switch and a VGA cable made for the xbox-360. A basic KVM switch you should be able to find for 20 bucks and the Xbox adapter cable is gonna run 40 bucks before tax. I just got my X-Box 360 yesterday and spent a good portion of last on the x-box forums to find this stuff out.
