Tim, It looks like you are going through sprintlink.net not Level3. They both are shitty IMOA. At least when we had ATT our tracerts looked good. My speeds are not a whole lot better than your getting.

I get great speeds during the day, but at around 6PM to MIDNIGHT, everything slows to a crawl, lag, poor download speeds.

It is really frustrating when I need to use it the most.

I TOO go thru sprintlink.net where the ping times and packet loss is huge.  Am I wasting my time with Insightbb tech support, so far I feel

that I am.

3:38:20 PM  Thomas J The packet loss issue on Level3 has been ongoing for sometime, as I'm sure you're aware. The bad thing is, this affects between 1/3 and 1/2 of all internet traffic in the US. The good news (?) is that they are jumping through hoops to get things straightened out. Our entire network is on Level3.
