Swimmer Posted December 27, 2006 CID Share Posted December 27, 2006 did you look at IP tables yet? Make it so that the server will only respond to certain IPs.. That should stop the ssh brute force attacks. You can also use IP tables to kill DoS but you are going to have to watch the logs as most of the time they will restart using another IP address.
