Slow speeds for test...

I keep testing my speed everyso ofter and keep getting 1.9-2.4 Mbps but was getting 3.0 Mbps a month ago.  I test with bellsouth's speed tester (speed.fastaccess.com) and keep getting 2.8-3.0.  Its like bellsouth is altering their tester.  I haven't had a 375Kbps d/l in a while now.

Anyone else experiencing this?

edit: now even slower :(

I have talked about my speed issues and their dns problems on my line but when I run their test I always get the right speed(don't understand that).  I'm not too worried about the dns problems as much.  My line never ping timeouts ever(I use an IRC client and never get disconnected).  I did use cablenut on my computer and I actually got 3.1 Mbps several times.  But this last month my speed have dropped to 1.9-2.4 Mbps.

Also, I'm going though a wireless router, but I'm LAN connected to it.
