I am running on Windows XP, and my ISP is sbc dsl yahoo, and I have the pro package, 3008kbps or 3mbps down and 512kbps up. I am connected directly to my modem, I also checked for viruses, spyware, and stuff like that. None came up, so I decided to clean my system up with CCleaner. Then I tried it again, no change at all.
