Thats ok, but the easiest way to boost signal and speed is to get hacked firmware for your router.  I have a Linksys WRT54G with DD-WRT firmware on it and I cant go anywhere in my house without having full signal strength.

That's A way, but hardly the easiest way, esp if you dont have that now discontinued router.

It works with a bunch of different routers.  Although it may not be the easiest way i think its more practical than trying to use a strainer as a makeshift satillite.  I'm just trying to picture myself sitting down in a wi-fi hotspot taking out that thing as everyone else stares.  :2funny:

Its really not a satellite but a makeshift reflector. You could incorporate the strainer into a cap so it would be less noticeable, the size of the hat would determine the size of the reflector.  :wink:
