wyantm06 Posted June 25, 2007 CID Share Posted June 25, 2007 Ok I am looking to buy a new Razr phone. Mine is getting to beat up. Will this one work with CellOne or not? http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-V3-Cosmic-Phone-Unlocked/dp/B000E8FDVY/ref=sr_1_2/103-4580948-4411865?ie=UTF8&s=wireless&qid=1182808669&sr=1-
coknuck Posted June 26, 2007 CID Share Posted June 26, 2007 As far as I know any unlocked phone will work on any service. Edit: http://www.testmy.net/t-17220
dlewis23 Posted June 26, 2007 CID Share Posted June 26, 2007 You have to find out what cell network type they use, CDMA, or GSM that phone is a GSM so it works on AT&T & T-Mobile if cellone uses either one of those networks it will work. As far as I know any unlocked phone will work on any service. It all depends on the network type. a unlocked AT&T phone can go to t-mobile but not verizon because the network type is different. As well most foreign unlocked phones will not work in the US because the network type is different, we use quad-band, everyone else uses tri-band
Siryak Posted June 26, 2007 CID Share Posted June 26, 2007 CellOne uses GSM with SIM cards. I looked at the phone and it looks like it should work.
