ronss Posted January 5, 2008 CID Share Posted January 5, 2008 Hello, can anyone advise me. I have just followed the simple instillation steps and connected my new wireless router that I bought from Dell. I followed the on screen instructions BUT when I try to connect to the internet an error message states: Modem busy or not connected properly. DELL do not provide help at weekends, if anyone can advise I would be eternally grateful. Thanks

They often score higher then everyone else. You just have to lean to do the initial setup with the CD not on your own.
