Is really not responding or no internet connection at all?

Have you tried different browsers?

im already using firefox, but some site won't open on firefox. it needs IE. and it really is not responding. it "hangs". to close it, you need to click "end now". you know what i mean?? hehe. "end now"

Your internet explorer might been hijack, adware, spywaree existing in your system...

download ccleaner and antispyware and install try this http://www.superantispyware.com/

try cleaning it first using ccleaner then turn of system restore on all drives..

restart in safe mode and try to scan using this antispyware
