Earthquake, July 29, 2008 At 11:42 am on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area experienced its largest earthquake in years as a magnitude 5.4 event occurred 8.5 miles beneath the Chino Hills. A few stuff fell of my desk including a picture :[. but all is well. I'm sure people got mildly hurt when stuff fell on them but nothing serious.
