LouieG Posted December 4, 2008 CID Share Posted December 4, 2008 Hello everyone, I am new here, so bear with me! My ISP is Earthlink and I am using the 1.5 mbps plan. I installed TCP optimizer and these are my results. Seems like it could go up a little more and my upload stat seems low, but I'll let the experts disect that. My PC is also connected to a d-link wbr-1310 wireless router. :::.. dlewis23 Posted December 4, 2008 CID Share Posted December 4, 2008 Your download isn't going to go any faster, and if your upload speed is advertised at 384kbps it wont go any faster either.
