MIPAL Posted August 23, 2010 CID Share Posted August 23, 2010 i have a level 1 "N" router that shows good speeds & strength. Problem is, when i am streaming music to my DNLA aware DENON 3808 AV receiver (internet radio stations), they play for only a short while then stop playing & do not start up again, so it's not a network issue with the streaming station. Also, the win7 media player is (supposed) to stream to the DENON (music from my library), but the DENON reports folders empty. My second computer links to the first computer and it's music database just fine. (folders are NOT empty). Inserting my range booster (Hawking N-speed) only confounds the problem at this point, so for testing i have connected only to the Level ONE router to the Denon wireless switch/AP (linksys). any help out there? CA3LE Posted August 23, 2010 CID Share Posted August 23, 2010 I'd love to figure this out myself. I think you may have the same problem I have, well... kinda. I stream a ton of Media to my PS3, it plays great almost all the time. But sometimes when I pause and come back... ERROR! And sometimes the folders will disappear and I have to restart the media server to get it to work again. I've thought till this point that it was because I was running PS3 Media Server on a Mac (a program that was originally designed for Windows). Now you're making me wonder if I may have discredited the problem too early. If you don't get your answer here can you please let our community know the solution. It may help me and some of our future visitors. - Damon
