Not using any antivirus software or extra firewall software. I've tried unplugging my modem, rebooting system, etc. On some sites my connection seems perfectly fast - on others, very slow. Some speed test websites report decent results, others - horrible. Ping time to my game server was around 300ms at 5am local time, when others were getting around 100ms.
